The Broadmoor Hills Homeowners Association (HOA) is a Colorado nonprofit corporation formed September 18, 2017. The HOA is a structure and voice for homeowners to decide on current and future community issues and benefits. Membership is voluntary and homeowners have a vote to elect members to the Board of Directors and other important issues affecting the neighborhood if they join the HOA.
The Board of Directors will appoint Architectural Control Committee (ACC) members from among the directors (the ACC will be part of the HOA); implement insurance for directors and officers for any legal issues that may arise; improve communications with homeowners; develop relationships with city government and agencies to enhance and protect our neighborhood; and strengthen our sense of community.
The Broadmoor Hills Association's purposes are to:
- Act as a voluntary owner's association pursuant to the Declarations of Conditions, Covenants, Restrictions, Easements and Charges for subdivisions within the Broadmoor Hills community known as:
- Broadmoor Valley Park Filing No. 1
- Huntington Park
- Oakhurst Park Filing No. 1
- Oak Bridge Park Filing No. 2
- Roxbury Park Subdivision
- Regency Park
- Wedgewood Park
- To operate and govern the community known as Broadmoor Hills
- To provide for the administration, maintenance, preservation and architectural review of the property within the Broadmoor Hills Community
- To preserve the value and desirability of the Community and further the interests of the residents of the Community.

Member Meetings
2026 Annual Member Meeting
The Broadmoor Hills HOA Annual Member Meeting is held each September as we conclude the Association’s current year and prepare for the year ahead.
SAVE THE DATE: Tuesday, September 22, 2026
This is an important annual meeting for our membership and an opportunity to learn more about HOA activities, participate in Association business, and discuss matters affecting our neighborhood.
At the Annual Meeting, members will:
- Vote on open Board of Director positions and consider nominations
- Review and approve the proposed 2026–2027 HOA Budget
- Hear the Board of Directors’ Annual Report, including highlights of HOA activities and accomplishments
- Receive an update on the neighborhood covenants and amendment process
- Discuss current neighborhood matters and concerns
- Have an opportunity to ask questions and provide input
The HOA’s new financial and operational year begins October 1, 2026, and runs through September 30, 2027.
Meeting details and materials, including the proposed 2026–2027 Budget, financial reports, meeting agenda, and other important information, will be emailed to members by September 12 for review prior to the meeting.
Members who are unable to attend will also receive information regarding proxy voting with the meeting materials.
Your participation is important to the continued success of our HOA and neighborhood.

Dues
Annual membership dues will remain $125 for the full membership year (October–September). Membership to the HOA is voluntary.
