AUGUST 2020 HAIL STORM AND 2022-23 WIND STORM REPAIRS TO YOUR HOME

Due to the widespread damage from the August 2020 hail storm and 2022-23 wind storms, please do not submit a request for like material replacement actions.  Please only submit for substantial changes to your exterior.  If you have any questions please contact the ACC.  

We understand homeowners are still in the midst of repairs from the storms.

ACC members are appointed by the Broadmoor Hills HOA board from among the elected directors.  

The ACC reviews and approves plans for exterior alterations for the neighborhood. 

The purpose of the ACC is to help maintain property values by protecting the environmental and architectural integrity of the neighborhood in accordance to the Covenants.  

The ACC’s goal is to carry out an objective plan for reviewing homeowner improvements within the Broadmoor Hills neighborhood while working with homeowners, ensuring compliance with the Conditions, Covenants, Restrictions, Easements and Charges requirements and preserving and enhancing the values and amenities of our neighborhood.   

All neighbors are responsible for maintaining their homes as outlined in the Covenants. 

Prior to making any changes or improvements, owners need to submit a request to the ACC using the Architectural Approval Form outlining the intended change, improvement or need for variance and attaching samples or plans to more clearly describe the change or addition.  

ACC approval of any matter or item requiring approval of the ACC under the Covenants shall be requested by submitting the Architectural Approval Form and appropriate documents to the following address (please include project plans in detail):
