The Broadmoor Hills Homeowners Association (HOA) is a Colorado nonprofit corporation formed September 18, 2017. The HOA is a structure and voice for homeowners to decide on current and future community issues and benefits. Membership is voluntary and homeowners have a vote to elect members to the Board of Directors and other important issues affecting the neighborhood if they join the HOA.
The Board of Directors will appoint Architectural Control Committee (ACC) members from among the directors (the ACC will be part of the HOA); implement insurance for directors and officers for any legal issues that may arise; improve communications with homeowners; develop relationships with city government and agencies to enhance and protect our neighborhood; and strengthen our sense of community.

We’ve created a brochure for our HOA which highlights information about the neighborhood.
The Annual Meeting will be held at the end of the HOA's year where members of the Board of Directors will be elected and the new year's budget approved.
OCTOBER 2024
Thank you to all our members who attended the October 8th Annual Meeting. We highlighted our HOA accomplishments for the 2023-24 year, reviewed the 2023-2024 Profit & Loss report, discussed and approved the 2024-25 budget and voted on the board of director available positions. We also discussed covenant amendment updates.
Dues are $125 per year per household.
Membership to the HOA is voluntary.
Member dues help support the goals of the HOA with member events, website, insurance, annual meetings, legal expenses including covenant amendments, printing, PO Box, and supplies.
Pay your dues now for our new HOA year 2024-25 (October 1, 2024 - September 30, 2025).
